Swindon
Shopmobility provides a range of scooters, manual wheelchairs, walking
aids and power chairs to enable people with mobility problems to
access Swindon City Centre.
Please phone and book in advance. Swindon Dial-A-Ride services can
be used to take you from your home to the Shopmobility Unit.
If you wish to join the scheme, the registration fee is £12.50
per year. The service is then free each time you use it. There is
a daily fee of £2 for non-registered users.
A refundable deposit of £10 will be charged for anyone requiring
a bag or cushion with a hired wheelchair or scooter. A receipt will
be given which must be produced at the end of the hire period to
reclaim the refund.

No longer able to meet clients at town centre bus stops.
